My focus is to help individuals heal, manage, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan specific to your needs. As we meet, that plan is our roadmap to your health and wellness. I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, learn to manage your symptoms and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we all experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling I can help you find motivation, perspective, learn to manage, and experience peace.
Many individuals experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, panic and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship, weather pre-marital, disconnection, infidelity or while going through different seasons of life, couples counseling can help heal and strengthen your relationship.
Sometimes kids have a hard time getting along with peers, family members or teachers, and may struggle with ADHD, bullying, anxiety, depression or impulse control. Many times they experience strong emotions and have difficulty identifying and expressing them. Counseling can help work through these issues and leave them with more confidence and self-control.
Sometimes adjusting to life's changes can be challenging. Seeking counsel for grief, divorce, chronic illness, career change, and other life challenges may be helpful to find acceptance, to collaborate new goals and direction, and to learn to live your life well.
