Trauma & PTSD
Many individuals experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, panic and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after traumatic events. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) Therapy and I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Couples Counseling
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship, weather pre-marital, disconnection, infidelity or while going through different seasons of life, couples counseling can help heal and strengthen your relationship.
Children & Adolescents
Sometimes kids have a hard time getting along with peers, family members or teachers, and may struggle with ADHD, bullying, anxiety, depression or impulse control. Many times they experience strong emotions and have difficulty identifying and expressing them. Counseling can help work through these issues and leave them with more confidence and self-control.
