I earned my MS in Counseling Psychology from CalBaptist University, and have been counseling individuals, couples, families and children since 2014. I have extended training in Child & Adolescent Play Therapy, Anger Management, Crisis Intervention, CPT for trauma, EMDR and Human Trafficking.

Sometimes kids have a hard time getting along with peers, family members or teachers, and may struggle with ADHD, bullying, anxiety, depression or impulse control. Many times they experience strong emotions and have difficulty identifying and expressing them. Counseling can help work through these issues and leave them with more confidence and self-control.
